Terms of Service

1. The service

Carousels Maker ("the service") provides tools for creating carousel posts: AI-assisted slide drafting, a slide editor, template packs, and image export. These terms cover the website at carouselsmaker.com and the Carousels Maker mobile apps.

2. Your content is yours

You own everything you create with Carousels Maker, slides, designs, exported images. We claim no ownership and no license beyond what's needed to operate the service (storing your drafts so you can open them again). You're responsible for having the rights to any images, text, or brand assets you upload.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to:

• Create misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy.
• Abuse the AI drafting feature (scraping, automated bulk generation, or reselling API access).
• Attempt to disrupt the service or other users' access to it.

We may suspend accounts that do any of the above.

4. Accounts and future plans

Carousels Maker is free to try, and no account is required to draft, edit, or export your first carousel. If paid plans are introduced in the future, their terms will be published here before they take effect, nothing will ever be charged without your explicit agreement.

5. AI-generated content

AI-drafted slides are starting points, not finished work. Review them before posting: you're responsible for what you publish, including factual accuracy.

6. Availability

We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features in "coming soon" or beta states may change or be withdrawn.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

If these terms change materially, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, note it in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
